How to Get to Gili Trawangan and the Gilis

Only bicycles and “cidomo,” which are small, three-person horse-drawn carts, are permitted for transportation on the islands.

Here, motorized vehicles are not permitted. Regular passenger boats leave from Senggigi harbor as well. Additionally, daily fast ferries from Bali that travel directly to Gili Trawangan depart from Padang Bai at 11:15 am and Serangan at 8:00 am and 10:00 am, respectively.
